  2. Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded zucchini, almond flour, eggs, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough into 4-6 portions, shape into bagels by rolling into balls and poking holes in the center.
  5. Sprinkle with optional toppings and gently press them into the dough.
  6. Place bagels on the baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
