- Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add pasta and cook until al dente, about 7-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Wash and chop broccoli into florets. Dice red onion and cook bacon until crispy.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, broccoli, onion, and most crumbled bacon. Mix gently.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or up to 24 hours.
- Before serving, stir and top with reserved bacon, serve chilled.
