  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar Coconut sugar can replace
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Maple syrup can substitute
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic Fresh is best
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger Grated
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil Canola oil is a substitute
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Adjust to taste

For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions Sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds Sprinkled on top

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes until well combined. Add the steak pieces and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a splash of oil to coat the pan.
  3. Add the marinated steak bites to the skillet in a single layer, and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until caramelized.
  4. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve warm.
