- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 baking dish or line with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine chopped strawberries and rhubarb, adding sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Whisk together flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Press two-thirds of the crumb mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Layer the fruit filling on top, spreading evenly.
