Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon until combined. Add egg and milk, stirring until smooth.
  3. In a pot or fryer, heat vegetable oil to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a plate lined with paper towels.
  4. Dip each pineapple ring in the batter, allowing excess to drip off for an even coating.
