Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth.
  2. Fold in shredded lettuce, sliced red onion, and banana peppers into the mayonnaise mixture.
  3. Take sub rolls and slice them open. Layer each sub with salami, pepperoni, turkey, topped with a slice of provolone cheese.
  4. Preheat your broiler to high and place the assembled sandwiches on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Broil for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.
  5. Remove sandwiches from the oven and add fresh tomato slices, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  6. Generously spoon the prepared grinder salad over each sandwich, finishing with grated parmesan cheese.
  7. Close each sandwich, cutting them in half if desired, and serve immediately.
