Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine diced chicken breasts, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream. Add frozen mixed vegetables, minced garlic, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  3. Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly across the bottom.
  4. Prepare the Stove Top stuffing as per package instructions and set aside to cool slightly.
  5. Spoon the prepared stuffing over the chicken mixture, spreading it evenly across the top.
  6. Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
