- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine diced chicken breasts, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream. Add frozen mixed vegetables, minced garlic, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly across the bottom.
- Prepare the Stove Top stuffing as per package instructions and set aside to cool slightly.
- Spoon the prepared stuffing over the chicken mixture, spreading it evenly across the top.
- Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
