  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions finely chopped

  • 2 cups Spring Vegetables like asparagus or snap peas

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together low-sodium soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and freshly grated ginger until well combined. Allow it to sit for about 5 minutes.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or zip-top bag, and pour half of the prepared teriyaki sauce over them. Let them marinate for 15-20 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Carefully place the marinated salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin side down if applicable. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Once cooked, remove the fillets, drizzle with remaining teriyaki sauce, and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
  6. Serve alongside vibrant spring vegetables and cooked rice or quinoa.
