Preparation Steps
  1. Start by cutting the sirloin beef into bite-sized 1-inch cubes.

  6. Place the skewers on the rack and broil for about 5-7 minutes per side.
  7. If air frying, preheat the air fryer to 400°F and lightly spray with oil.
  8. Air-fry for about 5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 5 minutes.
