Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat and season fish by gently drying the fillets and seasoning with salt and pepper, then drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Sear fish fillets for 4-5 minutes on one side until golden, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, combine lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, salt and pepper.
  5. Pour the sauce over the fish in the skillet and let it simmer for about 2 minutes.
  6. Add butter to the pan and stir until melted and combined into the sauce.
  7. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C), then transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve hot, drizzled with sauce.
