- Pat and season fish by gently drying the fillets and seasoning with salt and pepper, then drizzle with olive oil.

- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C), then transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot, drizzled with sauce.
