- In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of plain yogurt, ¼ cup of water, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Stir until smooth.
- Gradually sift in 2 cups of all-purpose flour and 1 teaspoon of salt into the yogurt mixture. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and gently knead for about 1-2 minutes. Cover with a damp cloth.
