  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil or any neutral oil

  • 2 tablespoons Avocado Oil or melted butter/olive oil

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions for Quick and Fluffy Flatbreads
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of plain yogurt, ¼ cup of water, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Stir until smooth.
  2. Gradually sift in 2 cups of all-purpose flour and 1 teaspoon of salt into the yogurt mixture. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and mix until a soft dough forms.
  3. Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and gently knead for about 1-2 minutes. Cover with a damp cloth.
  4. After 15 minutes, divide the dough into 10 pieces, roll into balls, and cover with a cloth.
  5. On a floured surface, flatten one ball of dough and roll it into a 6-7 inch disc about ¼ inch thick.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Cook the disc for 1-2 minutes until golden, flip and cook the other side.
  7. Brush each finished flatbread with avocado oil or melted butter.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite dips or meals.
