- Make three or more diagonal slits on both sides of the fish.

- Carefully brush the seasoning mix over the Branzino, coating both sides and the slits thoroughly.
- Stuff the fish with minced garlic, sliced onion, and lemon slices.
- Arrange sliced bell peppers and cubed potatoes around the seasoned fish on the baking tray.
- Pour white wine or chicken broth over the vegetables.
- Sprinkle any remaining seasoning mix over the vegetables.
- Bake uncovered for approximately 30 minutes until the fish is flaky and the potatoes are tender.
- Drizzle with additional lemon juice and garnish with freshly chopped herbs before serving.
