Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt and PBfit Classic. Blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat in intervals of 15 seconds, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate over the yogurt mixture and gently fold to create a marbled effect.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and flaky sea salt if using. Chill in the freezer for 10 minutes or refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
  5. Scoop out portions into serving cups and enjoy!
