- In a small mixing bowl, combine the non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt and PBfit Classic. Blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat in intervals of 15 seconds, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the yogurt mixture and gently fold to create a marbled effect.
- Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and flaky sea salt if using. Chill in the freezer for 10 minutes or refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
- Scoop out portions into serving cups and enjoy!
