  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine diced chicken breast with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until the chicken is evenly coated with the seasonings; set aside.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally until cooked through.
  3. Take a large flour tortilla and spread a layer of creamy garlic sauce across the center. Add a portion of the cooked chicken and a blend of shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
