Preparation

  4. Add one egg and mix well, then fold in lemon zest.

  6. Fold in shredded coconut until evenly distributed.
  7. Drop mounds of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

  10. Dust with powdered sugar and sprinkle with toasted coconut flakes before serving.
