  • 2 cups fresh raspberries or frozen raspberries

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs, then fold in the walnuts.
  4. In another bowl, combine the raspberries, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest; let it sit.
  5. Pour the raspberry mixture into the baking dish and evenly sprinkle the crumb topping over it.
  6. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes until the topping is golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for 10-15 minutes before serving with vanilla ice cream.
