For Garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat until bubbly, about 2 minutes. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and remove from heat.
  3. Place cod fillets in the baking dish and pour the garlic butter mixture over them.
  4. Season the fillets with salt and pepper according to your taste.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
