Step-by-Step Instructions for Classic French Crepes
  1. Sift 1 cup of all-purpose flour and a pinch of salt into a mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together 3 large eggs and 2 cups of milk until smooth.
  3. Gradually pour the egg and milk mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients, whisking continuously.
  4. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and stir it into the batter until fully combined.
  5. Cover the batter and let it rest for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.
  6. Heat a non-stick or crepe pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter.
  7. Pour approximately 1/3 cup of batter into the center of the pan and swirl to cover.
