Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Add the Bananas: Peel and quarter 2 ripe bananas, fold them into the caramel sauce, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until tender.
  4. Flambé the Sauce: Remove from heat, add ¼ cup of rum, ignite carefully, and allow flames to extinguish within 30 to 60 seconds.
