Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine ½ cup of olive oil, ¼ cup of white wine vinegar, ¼ cup of grated parmesan cheese, ½ cup of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of garlic salt, and 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 4 cups of American salad blend, ½ cup sliced pepperoncini peppers, 1 cup chopped firm tomatoes, ½ cup sliced red onion, and ½ cup sliced black olives. Add 1 cup of croutons and ¼ cup of freshly grated parmesan cheese.
  3. Using salad tongs, gently toss the salad ingredients together until everything is well mixed.
  4. Just before serving, pour the prepared dressing over the salad mix and toss again.
  5. Transfer the dressed salad to a large serving bowl or individual plates and garnish as desired.
