  • 4 ounces Salami Sliced
  • 4 ounces Provolone Cheese Diced
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder Optional
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Whisk together the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Chop the iceberg lettuce, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and pepperoncini, and place them in a mixing bowl along with the deli ham and salami.
  3. Add diced provolone cheese and grated parmesan cheese into the bowl.
  4. Gently toss all the ingredients together ensuring they are well mixed.
  5. Drizzle the chilled dressing over the salad and toss again for an even coat.
  6. Serve immediately for best results, or store in the fridge with dressing separate.
