Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Add halved baby potatoes, seasoning with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Sauté for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Remove potatoes from the skillet and keep them warm.
  4. Season cubed sirloin steak with salt, black pepper, and dried Italian herbs. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet.
  5. Sear steak cubes for 2-3 minutes on each side until a brown crust forms.
  6. Reduce heat to medium-low, add remaining butter and minced garlic. Stir until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  7. Return cooked potatoes to the skillet, toss together, and heat through for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  8. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.
