  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Smoked paprika can be used for more depth

  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Dill or cilantro can be substituted
For the Creamy Lemon Herb Dip
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream Greek yogurt can be used for a healthier alternative
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise Opt for vegan mayo for plant-based diets
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Fresh lemons preferred
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Dill Tarragon or scallions can be substituted
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Chives

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Whisk until cohesive.
  3. Cut cod fillets into bite-sized pieces and toss in the garlic butter mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the cod bites in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
  6. Prepare the creamy lemon herb dip by mixing sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, chives, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  7. Serve the cod bites garnished with parsley and lemon wedges alongside the dip.
