- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
- Cut bread into 1-inch squares and fold into the egg mixture until well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a small bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt for the topping. Cut in butter until crumbly.
