  • 4 Chopped Green Onions Can substitute with chives.
For Creaminess
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise Main creamy element.
  • 8 oz Sour Cream Enhances tanginess.

  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese Sharp cheddar recommended.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Boil water in a large pot, add salt, and cook the small shell pasta according to package instructions for 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth.
  4. Fold the creamy dressing into the salad mixture until well coated.
  5. Gently mix in the shredded cheddar cheese ensuring even distribution.
  6. Add the cooled pasta to the salad and mix carefully with a spatula.
