Method
 

Instructions
  1. Combine the quick oats and cocoa powder in a mixing bowl and stir until well mixed.

  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto parchment paper and flatten each mound slightly.

  6. Remove from the refrigerator and serve on a platter.
