Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine sliced chicken breast with egg white, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for about 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the marinated chicken pieces in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes.
  3. In the same skillet, pour in sesame oil and add minced garlic, ginger, and dried chilies. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add ketchup, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, vinegar, and sugar to the skillet. Stir to combine and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Gently add the crispy fried chicken pieces back into the skillet and toss them in the sauce. Simmer for about one more minute.
  6. Transfer your Dragon Chicken to a serving platter, sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds, and serve immediately.
