Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Sift together all-purpose flour, corn starch, baking powder, and lemon zest in a bowl.
  3. Cream unsalted butter, shortening, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy for about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add egg, vanilla extract, and almond essence and mix until combined.

  6. Roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thick and cut out bunny shapes with a cookie cutter.
