  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 4 cups Cabbage Shredded, napa or green
  • 1 cup Carrots Sliced
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes Can omit for milder taste
  • 2 stalks Green Onions Chopped
Optional Garnishes
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds For garnish
  • 1 small Chili Peppers Optional for added spice

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by draining the tofu and pressing it to remove excess moisture for about 15 minutes.
  2. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and marinate with soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Heat a large skillet or wok, add oil, and place the marinated tofu in a single layer. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Remove the tofu and sauté minced garlic and ginger for 30 seconds, then add cabbage and carrots, cooking for about 5 minutes.
  5. Return the tofu to the pan, pour over the stir-fry sauce, and cook for 2-3 minutes, tossing to coat.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving hot with rice or quinoa.
