  • 8 cups American Salad Blend or fresh chopped lettuce
  • 1 cup Pepperoncini Peppers or banana peppers
  • 1 cup Fresh Tomatoes chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 medium Red Onion thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Black Olives sliced
  • 1 cup Croutons baked or homemade
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
For the Dressing
  • ½ cup Olive Oil high-quality recommended
  • ¼ cup White Wine Vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise optional
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice fresh-squeezed
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Salt or fresh minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning fresh herbs can substitute

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, white wine vinegar, grated Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Wash and dry your vegetables, chop tomatoes, and slice red onion and black olives.
  3. In a large salad bowl, add American salad blend, tomatoes, onion, olives, pepperoncini peppers, croutons, and additional Parmesan cheese. Toss gently.
  4. Drizzle the prepared dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat the ingredients.
  5. Transfer the salad to serving bowls and enjoy immediately.
