- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, white wine vinegar, grated Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning until smooth. Set aside.
- Wash and dry your vegetables, chop tomatoes, and slice red onion and black olives.
- In a large salad bowl, add American salad blend, tomatoes, onion, olives, pepperoncini peppers, croutons, and additional Parmesan cheese. Toss gently.
- Drizzle the prepared dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat the ingredients.
- Transfer the salad to serving bowls and enjoy immediately.
