Dressing Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, white wine vinegar, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning. Whisk until well blended and smooth.
Vegetable Prep
- Wash and chop tomatoes. Slice red onion into rings. Chop black olives.
Combining Salad Ingredients
- Add American salad blend, pepperoncini, chopped tomatoes, sliced red onion, black olives, and croutons to a large mixing bowl. Toss gently.
Dressing the Salad
- Drizzle dressing over salad mixture and toss gently to coat all ingredients.
Serving
- Transfer the dressed salad to a serving bowl or serve directly from the mixing bowl.
