Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add oil and eggs to the dry ingredients, mixing until combined.
- In a separate bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg until smooth.
- Spread half of brownie batter in the prepared dish, pour cheesecake mixture on top, then swirl the remaining brownie batter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
