  • 2 large Eggs
Cheesecake Filling
  • 1 cup Cream cheese Softened for easy mixing.
  • 0.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract For flavor.
  • 1 large Egg

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add oil and eggs to the dry ingredients, mixing until combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg until smooth.
  5. Spread half of brownie batter in the prepared dish, pour cheesecake mixture on top, then swirl the remaining brownie batter.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before slicing and serving.
