Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Press the tofu for about 15 minutes, then cut into 1-inch strips.

  4. Coat each tofu strip in the honey mustard mixture, then roll in the breadcrumb mix.
  5. Place the coated tofu on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spaced apart.
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
  7. Once baked, allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
