- Begin by filling a large pot with water and bringing it to a boil. Once boiling, add pasta and cook according to package instructions, about 8-12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add lean ground beef. Break it apart as it cooks for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 3-5 minutes until onion is translucent.
- Stir in drained diced tomatoes, beef broth, Greek yogurt, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until blended and cook for 2-3 minutes.
