- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 3-quart baking dish.
- Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, about 8–10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Gently fold the cooked pasta into the chicken and vegetable mixture until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and mix breadcrumbs with melted butter; sprinkle over cheese.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and edges are bubbling.
