Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Reduce heat to medium, add the unsalted butter to the skillet, and melt completely. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Stir in Dijon mustard, fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, and smoked paprika. Cook for an additional minute.
  5. Return seared chicken to the skillet, toss in the sauce, and simmer for 1-2 minutes until fully coated.
