Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat until shimmering. Add cayenne pepper and any other spices of your choice, stirring constantly for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Pour in 2 cups of diced tomatoes to the skillet, stirring well to combine with the bloomed spices. Allow the mixture to simmer on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  3. Gently place the firm white fish pieces into the simmering sauce, ensuring they are completely submerged. Cover the skillet and reduce the heat to low, cooking for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Once the fish is perfectly cooked, remove the skillet from heat. Serve the dish hot, garnished with freshly chopped cilantro and parsley.
