For the Filling
  • 2 cups Cooked Shredded Chicken or shredded turkey or grilled tofu
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese or provolone or Monterey Jack
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese any preferred cheese blend
  • 4 oz Softened Cream Cheese or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley or dried parsley
For the Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil or melted butter
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder or fresh minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic
For the Wrap
  • 4 large Flour Tortillas or whole wheat or gluten-free
  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter or olive oil

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine your cooked shredded chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and parsley. Mix until creamy and cohesive.
  2. Lay tortillas flat and divide the cheesy mixture among them, placing about a quarter of the filling in the center of each. Optionally add vegetables.
  3. Fold the sides of each tortilla inward over the filling, then roll tightly from the bottom up. Make sure to tuck in the sides.
  4. Mix melted butter and minced garlic in a bowl. Brush this mixture generously over the outside of each wrap.
  5. Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down in the skillet and toast for 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove wraps from the skillet, let cool slightly, then slice in half and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
