Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat salmon fillets dry with a paper towel, rub with olive oil, season with Cajun seasoning and salt. Let rest at room temperature for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes until hot. Place salmon skin-side up and sear for about 3 minutes.
  3. Flip the salmon skin-side down and cook for an additional 2 minutes until the skin is crisp.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic and let simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Remove sauce from heat, add lemon juice and stir. Pour sauce over salmon in the skillet, spooning extra sauce over for 3-5 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Plate the Cajun Honey Butter Salmon, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
