- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Rub each fillet with olive oil, season with Cajun seasoning and salt. Let rest.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon fillets skin-side up and sear for 3 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add honey, soy sauce, and garlic, stir and let simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir in lemon juice.
- Pour the honey butter sauce over the salmon in the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes until fish is cooked through.
- Transfer the salmon to a serving plate, garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges and optional sesame seeds.
