  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and rub each fillet with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, and salt.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Place the salmon fillets skin-side up and sear for 3 minutes until golden-brown.
  3. Flip the fillets skin-side down and cook for an additional 2 minutes until the skin is crispy and salmon is tender inside.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, then stir in honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
