Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Chicken: Trim any excess fat and butterfly the chicken breasts for even cooking. Set aside.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Whisk balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl. Coat the chicken and refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours.
  3. Grill the Chicken: Preheat grill to medium heat (450°F). Grill chicken for about 5 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for 4-5 minutes until cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
