- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Remove the plastic disc from the bottom of the spiral-cut ham and place it flat-side down in the baking dish. Pour ¼ cup of orange juice over the top.
- Cover with aluminum foil and roast the ham for 12-15 minutes per pound until it reaches an internal temperature of at least 145°F (63°C).
- Whisk together brown sugar, yellow mustard, honey, and spices in a bowl. Add ¼ cup of water to achieve a smooth glaze.
- Once roasting time is complete, remove the foil and increase the oven temperature to 425°F (218°C).
- Brush the glaze over the ham and return it to the oven for an additional 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, check the glaze and remove from the oven. Let the ham rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before slicing.
