Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Remove the plastic disc from the bottom of the spiral-cut ham and place it flat-side down in the baking dish. Pour ¼ cup of orange juice over the top.
  3. Cover with aluminum foil and roast the ham for 12-15 minutes per pound until it reaches an internal temperature of at least 145°F (63°C).
  4. Whisk together brown sugar, yellow mustard, honey, and spices in a bowl. Add ¼ cup of water to achieve a smooth glaze.
  5. Once roasting time is complete, remove the foil and increase the oven temperature to 425°F (218°C).
  6. Brush the glaze over the ham and return it to the oven for an additional 15 minutes.
  7. After 15 minutes, check the glaze and remove from the oven. Let the ham rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before slicing.
