Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C). Gather your baking sheet and line it with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the ready-made biscuit dough on a floured surface and cut into circular shapes of about 3 inches in diameter.
  3. Lay half of the biscuit circles on the prepared baking sheet, and place a slice of roast beef and cheese on each.
  4. Take the remaining biscuit circles and place them on top of the filled ones, pinching the edges to seal.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 25 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
  6. Allow to cool slightly and serve warm with a bowl of au jus for dipping.
