  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for even baking.
  2. Grease a baking dish with a light coat of oil or cooking spray.
  3. Blend cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  4. In a bowl, whisk the large eggs until frothy, then fold in blended cottage cheese, Parmesan, chives, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
