  4. Coat the top of the salmon fillets with half of the glaze mixture, making sure they are evenly covered.
  5. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 8 minutes.
  6. After 8 minutes, remove it from the oven and generously brush on the remaining glaze. Return to the oven for an additional 8 to 10 minutes.
  7. Let the salmon rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
