- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry, then place them skin-side down on the lined baking sheet.
- In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and optional paprika. Whisk until well-blended.
- Coat the top of the salmon fillets with half of the glaze mixture, making sure they are evenly covered.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 8 minutes.
- After 8 minutes, remove it from the oven and generously brush on the remaining glaze. Return to the oven for an additional 8 to 10 minutes.
- Let the salmon rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
