  6. Bake for 70–75 minutes (20–23 minutes in air fryer) until golden.
  7. Let the cake cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes.
  8. Refrigerate the cooled cake for up to 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  9. Let the cake sit at room temperature for 15–30 minutes before serving.
